Incorporated in New York in July 2026 with a four-member board. IRS 501(c)(3) public charity determination received in August 2026. Operating budget model built for the board.
Technology GRC
Case documents stay on the user’s device: Case Binder stores them in the browser and transmits nothing. Every release ships through a written spec, a gate, and a pull request.
AI Strategy
jethrojustice.org and Case Binder were built with Claude Code under that release process: five Case Binder releases covering document gap checks, exhibits with a printable index, whole-binder export, and multi-file upload, with nine usage events instrumented from launch.
